In the judging rooms, the teams will present their theoretical- and technical presentations. Note that each team has been provided 10 minutes for each presentation. A hint is to allow for the judges to ask a few questions within the provided 10 minutes, as the time-schedule will be followed strictly.
The rooms will contain the following equipment:
Theoretical judging room:
- 10 chairs
- 1 table
- Computer with:
- Windows Operating system
- CD/DVD player
- Windows mediaplayer and Quick Time mediaplayer
- Support for MP3s
- Support for Microsoft Powerpoint presentations
- Loudspeakers
- Projector/beamer and large-screen
- Flipover (to draw/write on)

Technical judging room:
- 10 chairs
- 1 table
- 1 robottable (original FLL table including NanoQuest field-mat and installations)
- Flipover (to draw/write on)
